Look 005 - Color Me with Crayon/Orsini Red

I love the off-the-shoulder styling of this dress. I like that it is wool. The wool texture is very detailed.  It is mesh. And it has a hud to change the color of the belt. I like the collar, the fit, the length. I had fun with the style. I think of it as an indie-chic look. I chose black (but it also comes in moss, blue, brick, choco and rose).  I've been wearing it everywhere, So I want to say thank you to designer Hatilli Ishtari of Orsini Red for this dress.

Somnium ~ somnus ~ sleep. Dream ~ vision ~ fantasy ~ daydream.

This mesh dress, this dream dress ~ Somnium ~ was jnspired by a painting by artist Vinn Wong and designed by  Shinichi Mathy of Shiki. Wong has a sl gallery downstairs at Shiki's mainstore where his works are both exhibited and sold. Shiki's Fall/Winter 2012 collection was inspired by  Wong's artwork.  This collaboration between designer and artist is both important and successful.

Look 003 - Golden Gatcha at the Arcade

The Arcade’s third Gacha Event runs from March 1st to March 31st, 2013. Fighting the opening day crowds and lag, here is a dress and sunglasses I scored by one of my favorite designers, Sissy Pessoa of  Baiastice. I was lucky to get a rare dress on the first try! I ended up with several pairs of the sunglasses, two of which are shown here. These sunglasses come with both transparent and opaque lenses. I have added some nice things frm my inventory to complete the look.
